In a field where only about 3.3% of UX designers in the U.S. identify as Black, Kofi understands the importance of representation in design. With so few Black professionals in critical roles, many challenges faced by underserved communities are often overlooked or inadequately addressed.

Motivated by the desire to contribute to real-world change, Kofi has always sought to work on projects that have a meaningful impact.
